He is survived by: his daughter Shawna Cook (Mitch); his grandson Christopher; his nieces and nephews, Reja and Neda; his brother Shahram Azhdari (Parvin); his grandchildren, Daniel and Llithyia; his sister-in-law Shahla; his nieces and nephews, Bahar Azhdari and Yassi Azhdar; his brother-in-law Mahmoud Farkhondehpay; his nieces and nephews, Pantea and Reza; and also Najin.
His professional life was distinguished by his membership in ASHRAE, and his significant contributions to the Benham Group and FSB Architects and Engineers.
