He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth F. Buel and Madeline J. Buel (Ronchetti). He is survived by: his grandson Wells; his son R. W. (Erica); his brother Kenneth A. Buel (Margaret); his nephews, Robert F. Buel (Nancy), Oswego, Allan F. Buel (Tammie) and LaPorte; his niece Joan T. Tompkins (Robert); and his spouse Patricia Pechar.
