He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frederick William and Virginia Predmore Rush; his spouse Kris McKnight; his children, Jennette Olson (Scott) of Southlake, Dawn Rush of Stone Mountain and Adam Rush (Julia) of Longmont, CO; and his grandchildren, Grant, Reid, Blake, Jessica, Sage, Benjamin, Persimmon Grace, Elizabeth, Joy and Jacob.
