He was predeceased by: his parents, Vera McLain and Bruce McLain. He is survived by: his wife Donna Rinehart; his sons, Scott (Dana) of Edmond and Steve (Lisa) of Wentzville; his grandchildren, Will, Hillary, Matt, Maci, Josh, Sammie Jo, Sam, Hannah and Nic; and his great grandchildren, Cooper, Quade and Eli.
