She is survived by: her son Dwayne Joseph Hill Jr.; her husband Rickey Perkins of Edmond, OK; her mother Florice Cazenave Thompson; her siblings, Janet Johnson (Ron), Sheila Gant (Norman), Nikki Montgomery of Tulsa, OK, James Cazenave Jr. (Sharon) of Okmulgee, OK and Reggie Cazenave Sr. (Jasmine); and her close friend Shelice McKay. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
