He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Welsh and Gladys Welsh (Schull); and his siblings, Norma Jean Herman (Mickey) and Jim. He is survived by: his daughters, Kim E. Welsh of Norman, Oklahoma, Dianna L. Putman (Michael Rogerson), Phyllis A. Bennett (Gary Bennett) and Heather R. Miller (Charlie Powell). He is also survived by five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
