He is survived by: his wife Liz Hathaway; his son Brian Darnell; his mother-in-law Carol Hathaway; his sister-in-law Julie Hathaway; his brothers, David (Lanorma Darnell) and Darrell (Stacy Darnell); his nieces and nephews, Brandon Reed, Anthony Reed, Ashley, Austin Johnson, Colt Darnell, Crystal, Mandy Tielke and Gabe Tielke; and his close friends, Mike and Holly Ottinger.
