He was predeceased by: his father Joe Burnett. He is survived by: his wife LeighAnn Brown; his son Justin Joe Brown; his grandsons, Anthony Justin and Joshua Daniel Brown; his sisters, Teresa Keller of Binger, OK and Gladys Janice Moore; his brothers-in-law, Tom Morrill (Brenda) of Kansas City, MO and John Morrill of Pinellas Park, FL; his cousin Jean Lewis; and also Wilma Jean Williams Tarrant. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
