He was predeceased by: his parents, George Green and Mary Elizabeth Green; and his grandparents, Ora, Leslie Coleman, Myrtle and Andy Green.
He is survived by: his wife Pamela Green of Edmond, Oklahoma; his son Jonathan Green; his daughter-in-law Mallory Green; his grandchildren, Elise of Redondo Beach, California and Max of Redondo Beach, California; his sisters, Alice Ernest of Granbury and Marilyn Karn of Edwards, Colorado; his nieces, Marla Citty and Brenda Slay; and his nephew Seth Karn.
