She was predeceased by: her parents, John Franklin Bailey and Mary Elizabeth "Lizzie" Bailey (Lasater); her husband Melvin Kenneth Neal; her daughter Linda Sue Neal; and her brother Raymond Bailey.
She is survived by: her children, Vickie Southard (Eddie) of Tuttle, Barbara Kennemur (Jim) of Houston and David Neal of Edmond; and her grandchildren, Mary Kathleen "Katie" Southard of Tuttle, Paul Kennemur and Jacqueline Kennemur of Houston Many. She is also survived by Many nieces & nephews, great nieces and nephews, and even great-great nieces and nephews as well as many friends.
