He is survived by: his friend Mark; his wife Betty (Dismukes); his daughters, Christy "Crit" and Heidi; his grandchildren, Justin (Eunice) of Yukon, OK, Dustin and Sky of Cleveland, TN; his sister Alisa Arnold of Chandler, AZ; his daughter-in-law Gina; and his nieces, Jena Fuentes and Devon Arnold of Chandler, AZ.
