She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert A. Kroutil and Ethel Kroutil; her brother William R. Kroutil; her husbands, Carl A. Wallace and James F. Downing; and her grandson John Downing.
She is survived by: her children, Karla Ratchford (Jim) of Oklahoma City, Brett Wallace of Edmond, Marca Floyd (Bob) of Oklahoma City, Deborah Goodman (Jimmy) of Oklahoma City and Jim Downing (Joanna) of Hedgesville, WV.; and her grandchildren, Jason Ratchford (Cassie), Kimberly Berger (Kelly), Kira Wallace, Heather Hermes (Brad), Allison Buffalo (Josh), Ryan Floyd (Tausha), Tia Goodman, Todd Goodman, Jeremy Downing, Benjamin Downing, James Downing (Bridgett) and Cory Downing. She is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and nephews and other friends and family.
