She is survived by: her husband Larry; her children, Lesa Hatfield (Glen), Kari Mulligan, Brad Smith and Russell Smith; her grandchildren, Brooklyn Miles, Colton Hatfield, Haley Albert, Holly Russell and Spencer Hatfield; and her sisters, Vicky Jones, Gayla Peeples, Karen Burnette, Teresa Erdman, Shirley Branch and Judy Eppison. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren; and six cousins.
