As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though John Wallace may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Fred Cherry and Virginia Cherry; his wife Jacqueline Martin (Jackie); his children, Hollie, Chad, Jake and Rye; and his stepsons, Nick and Jeff.

A celebration of life was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Matthews Funeral Home (601 S Kelly Ave, Edmond, OK 73003).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation in his memory.
