He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Bagwell and Mary Pearl Bagwell (Lyons); and his brother David Rhodes. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Bagwell; his children, Karissa Mills (Chris), Jason Bagwell (Angela) and Hilary Bagwell; and his grandchildren, Taryn, Keanon, Kaidence and Mila.
