She was predeceased by: her husband Glen Joe McGuire; and her parents, Johnnie Joe and Matilda Jane Janousek (Cunningham). She is survived by: her daughters, Dayna Dyan Hardaway (Del) of Burkburnett, Texas, Erin Suzan Frizzell (Chuck) of Edmond, Oklahoma and Adria Anne Smith (Ross) of Edmond, Oklahoma; her brother Ronald Janousek (Janet) of Lindsey, Oklahoma; her sister-in-law Jane Francis of Duncan; and her grandchildren, Allyson Patty (Alex) of Edmond, Aiden Frizzell, Kellen Frizzell and Quinn Smith. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Oklahoma Baptist Homes for Children or to the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering.
