He is survived by: his parents, Larry Everett McKisson and Dorothy Rae McKisson (Eickenroht); his wife Sara McKisson; his daughters, Lila McKisson and Camryn McKisson; his siblings, Bob McKisson (Meg) and Terri Kusler (Tony); his nieces and nephews, Griffin McKisson, Kai McKisson (Ruby), Shad Taylor (Mandy), Devin Taylor, Drew Cruz, David Kelly, Abby McKisson and Miriam Brown; his parents-in-law, Richard and Phyllis Perkins; his siblings-in-law, Leo, Myklee Williams, Joshua and Amy Brown; his godson Alex Wiese; his uncle Jack Beckman; and his cousins, Chris Beckman and Byron Hailey (Julie).
A memorial service was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church (308 NW 164th St, Edmond, OK 73013).
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Lila and Camryn's college funds or Friends of the Shelter Foundation in Newcastle.
