With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeanette Lillian Carter (Edmond, Oklahoma), born in Storm Lake, Iowa, who passed away on March 3, 2019 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Louis and Lillie Sophia Stille (Offerle); her siblings, Clarabelle Stille, Kenneth Stille, Donald Stille, Marvin Stille, Richard Stille, Russell Stille and Howard Stille; and her sisters-in-law, Marlene (Marvin), Donna Jean (Richard), Pat (Russell) and Mary (Howard).
She is survived by: her spouse Donald Edgar Carter; her children, Larry Carter (Dana) of Edmond, Richard Carter (Ronda) of Omaha and Barbara Reffey of Omaha, Nebraska; her grandchildren, Jennifer Molinsky (Garrett) of Oklahoma City and Erin Carter of Edmond, Oklahoma; her sister Dorothy Ploeger (Mel) of Ida Grove, Iowa; and her sister-in-law Arletta Stille. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, extended family and many close neighbors and friends.
