It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Joseph Hatcher of Edmond, Oklahoma, who passed away on March 1, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Hatcher and Mary Hatcher; his wife Janet Hatcher; his sister Peggy Clouse; his daughter Theresa Coffman; and his granddaughter Jessica Hatcher.

He is survived by: his sister Rita Otzelbeger; his children, Laura Harrison (Curly), Kathy Josepher (Bob), David Hatcher (Pauline), Gary Hatcher (Barbara) and Eric Hatcher; his grandchildren, Kristan Elmenhorst (Dustin), Danielle Lustro (Jeff), Christi Russell (Will), James Hatcher, Emily Hatcher (Darren), Billy Josepher (Lindsay), Dan Josepher (Maddy) and Kelli Thompson (Kyle); and his great grandchildren, Ethan Abbott, Riley Lustro, Jaxon Elmenhorst and Wren Thompson.

In lieu of flowers, the family request all donations can be made to the Oklahoma Regional Food Bank in his honor.
