He was predeceased by: his sister Eleanor Susan Buxton (Harrod). He is survived by: his parents, Laynie Wisdom Harrod and Katherine Dahnke Harrod; his sister Helen Harrod Thompson of Ardmore; his children, John Lovell Harrod (Marsha), Laynie Katherine Harrod of Edmond and Sara Harrod Hankins of Edmond; his grandchildren, James G. Harrod, Blake W. Harrod, Jenny Lynn (George Wesley Gauthier), Laynie Katherine Hankins and Cyonne Alina Harrod; his great grandchildren, Brylee Harrod, Aden, Angel, Anderson Clymer, Eleanor Gauthier and Patricia Gauthier; and also Patricia Lovell Harrod. He is also survived by numerous nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be sent to the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation.
