He was predeceased by: his parents, Willa Jean and Dr. James H. Holloman Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Lynn; his daughter Amy Adams (Kip); his grandchildren, Katie and Abby of Fort Worth, TX; his daughter Dr. Erin Holloman Scott (Tim); his grandchildren, Jase, Lexi and Jake of Edmond; his son Dr. Matthew Holloman (Ashley); his grandchildren, Hadley and Hudson of Edmond; his son Dr. Andrew Holloman (Padgett); his grandchildren, Sloan, Davis and Ellis of Tampa, FL; and his sisters, Judy Bohannon (Ron) of Sulphur and Jane McCullough (John) of Edmond. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
