It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack R. Collins (Edmond, Oklahoma), who passed away on August 23, 2018, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his stepmother Jaunita Collins (Joyce); his son Jay; his grandson Joshua McCleery; and his sister Sally. He is survived by: his daughter Jill McCleery (Jeff); his grandson Jaycob; his cousin Norma Jean Stoklaska; and his siblings-in-law, Pearl Hall and Jerry Hall (Marilyn).
