He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Randolph Buchanan Williams and Nettie Irene Smith; his brother Engle Dale Williams (Jean); his daughters, Carol Urquhart (Brad, Sandra Morgan), Janet Small, Lisa Gonzalez (Will) and Carolyn Williams; his wife Betty; and his brothers, Wade Williams and Carrol Williams. He was also cherished by thirteen grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
