He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin Floyd Glasgow of Carmen and Agnes May Kassik Glasgow of Alva, Oklahoma.; and his wife Karon McCauley. He is survived by: his daughter Erin K. Glasgow; his son-in-law David W. Smith of Edmond, Oklahoma.; and his grandsons, Nathan Smith of Edmond and Gary Smith of Princeton.
