It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Louise Williams Palmer (Edmond, Oklahoma), born in Barnesville, Georgia, who passed away on May 26, 2019, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Tillman Williams and Jessie Kate Williams (Sims); her husband William D. Palmer (Bill); her brothers, Hoyt, George and David; and her granddaughter Katherine L. Young.
She is survived by: her friend Samaritans; and her children, Richard A. Palmer of Greenville, SC, Dorothy Palmer Young, Walter E. Palmer, Thomas W. Palmer, Raymond H. Palmer and Virginia F. King. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
