He was predeceased by: his parent Jean Sampson Marcum; his sister Lucijean Mason; and his mother-in-law Minnie Lee Miller. He is survived by: his wife Terri Underhill of Edmond, OK.; his children, Marci Warren of Stilwell, OK, Monica Hardbarger of Stilwell, OK and Robert Keith Underhill; and his siblings, Kevin Ledford and Suzanne Underhill Clemons of Ada, OK.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to be made to: Oklahoma Children's Hospital, In Memory of Dr. Keith Underhill, MD, PO Box 248955, Oklahoma City, OK. 73124 Services will be held at Matthews Funeral Home in Edmond, OK at 2:00 PM on Tuesday January 21.

His compassionate and truly instinctive care was by far the best around! He saved our mother's life, diagnosing her with a brain aneurism. “Keith had been my physician for two decades. He saved my wife's life by early diagnosising a brain aneurism after we first were married. He truly gave us a second chance that allowed us to live and raise our five boys. The way he approached life and the care for his patients was second to no one! I truly loved Dr. Underhill and my heart is heavy for his family, but we will be forever grateful to have known him and had him in our lives. Boomer Sooner doc! David and Lorri Kamphaus”
