He was predeceased by: his brother Donald Lewis; and his son Paul. He is survived by: his wife Juanita; his siblings, Dwayne Kirkham, Allison Kirkham and Mary Rauh; his children, Regina, Connie, Lyndon, Jon, Timothy and Daniel; and his grandchildren, Elijah, Jonna and Lauren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Matthews Funeral Home (601 S Kelly Ave, Edmond, OK 73003). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Matthews Funeral Home Chapel (601 S Kelly Ave, Edmond, OK 73003).
