He is survived by: his wife Marty; his daughter-in-law Laura; his grandchildren, Ryan and Erin; his brothers, Michael Lugo and Roger Thompson; and his sister-in-law Midge Thompson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
