He was predeceased by: his parents, Bunk Proctor and Floy Proctor; his parents-in-law, Tom and Virgie Wallace; and his brother-in-law Jeff Whitehead.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra "Sandy" Wallace; his children, Kate Jones (Kyle) of Nichols Hills and Danny Proctor (Lesley) of Edmond; his grandchildren, Canton, Callon, Cailey Proctor and Ramsey Jones; his brothers, Doug Proctor and Darwin Proctor; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Kelly (Steve) of Shawnee and Tommye Whitehead of Edmond.
