He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret See. He is survived by: his son Keith Parker (Lori Whittern); his grandchildren, Lauren Parker, Brock Parker and Brandon Parker; and his brother Junior Parker.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Fort Sill National Cemetery (2648 NE Jake Dunn Rd, Elgin, OK 73538).
His contributions to education were recognized in 2000 when he was inducted into the Cameron University Faculty Hall of Fame.
