We are sad to announce that on November 21, 2023 we had to say goodbye to David R. Smith in Edmond, Oklahoma, born in Florence, Alabama. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Smith and Mary Inez Smith. He is survived by: his wife Linda Kern; his children, David Smith Jr. and Ashli Smith; his grandchildren, Morgan Kennedy, Alyson Kennedy, Collin Smith, Leah Smith and Ellis Cline; and his brothers, Lawrence Smith (Janice) of Florence and Charlie Smith (Nancy) of Henderson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family wishes memorial contributions be made to Oklahoma Christian University, 2501 East Memorial Road, Edmond, Ok 73013.
