He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Gulick and Rita Gulick. He is survived by: his wife Valerie; and his siblings, Jim Gulick and Becky Sherman.
In lieu of flower, the family asks that donations be made in David's memory to the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma, a cause close to his heart.
