He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Elias Myrick and Hazel Isolee Myrick (Howell); his brother Duane Myrick; and his pet Pepper. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Myrick; his children, Kim Cress (Jack) and David Myrick (Laura); his sister Jeri Ross (Bill); his cousin Chris Myrick (Amy); his niece Tara Johnson (Brandon); his great-niece Kayla; his great-nephews, Connor and Max; his close friend Ray Morgan; and also Alyssa. He is also survived by his family and friends.
