Daniel Travis Formhals Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel Travis Formhals (Edmond, Oklahoma), who passed away on September 14, 2023, at the age of 43, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Debra Brewer-Formhals and Sherman Formhals; his brother James Aaron Formhals; his grandmother Mary Brewer; his aunts and uncles, Cathy Gordon, Scott Gordon, Marsha Brewer, Cara Thompson, Michael Thompson, Hugh Formhals and Arlene Butler; his grandparents, Carroll Brewer, Oowala Formhals and Clyde Formhals; and his uncle Alex Formhals. He was also cherished by cousins and friends.
