He was predeceased by: his father Daniel Garcia. He is survived by: his mother Mary Garcia (Velasquez); and his siblings, Veronica "Jeanie" Lindsey, Teresa "Terry" Milbradt (Gary) and Mark. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
