He was predeceased by: his siblings, Phillip L. Lewis, Jeremiah Lewis and Frankie Mae Lewis Carr; his nephews, Christopher Ade, Lee McIntosh and Jerry Lewis; and his niece Robyn Carr.
He is survived by: his sisters, Christine McIntosh of Eufaula, Shirlene Ade of Wetumka, Augustine Williams of Muskogee and Remona Hill of Nashville, Illinois.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Matthews Funeral Home (601 S Kelly Ave, Edmond, OK 73003). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Faith Bible Church (600 N Coltrane Rd, Edmond, OK 73034). A burial was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Fort Gibson National Cemetery (1423 Cemetery Rd, Fort Gibson, OK 74434).
