He was predeceased by: his father Danney Mac Hull; his stepfather Robert Ellsworth; and his grandparents, Jean, L. D. Hull, Winford and Willa Mae Seamon.
He is survived by: his mother Marilyn Hull Ellsworth; his brothers, Travis Hull, Andy Ellsworth (Amy) and Tyler Hull (Michelle); his nieces and nephews, Garrett Hull, Lukas Hull, Dylan Ellsworth, Gabe Hull, Lila Ellsworth and Aubrey Hull; and his aunts and uncles, Connie, Larry Diotte, Cathy Provence, Sam Seamon, Janet, Randy Trotter, Nancy Keane, Lori and Don Whitton.
