He was predeceased by: his parents, Arvona Huggard and Alice Huggard (Genzer); his sister Janice Hedrick; and his brother-in-law Timothy Hedrick. He is survived by: his brothers, Gary Huggard (Patty), Phil Huggard (Mary Kay) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and David Huggard (Shelly) of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.; and his close friend Larry Benedict.
