She was predeceased by: her parents, Matthew Roberts and Hattie Roberts; her aunt Ora Franklin; her husband J. P. Maddox; and her siblings, C. Stevenson, Fred Roberts, Roger L. Roberts, Shirley J. Jackson and Laura M. Roberts.

She is survived by: her daughters, Janell Renee Maddox and Antoinette Roberts; and her siblings, Sherman Dean Roberts of Los Angeles, CA, Reasa Dewberry of Kansas City, MO and Catherine Jordan of Edmond, OK.
