She was predeceased by: her husband Jesse Collins of Roff. She is survived by: her parents, Oren Dewey Phillips and Nancy Jane Phillips (Gray); her daughter Kay Cowden (Bell); her grandchildren, Deborah Hanska and Tim Cowden; and her sister Billie Barnes.
