He is survived by: his parents, Cathy Crowell and Kem Crowell; his wife Lavina Whaley; his daughters, Lexie and Lily; his brother Brad (Kizzy) of Oklahoma City, OK; his nieces, Cambree Crowell, Kaleigh Crowell and Danae Dupler; and his nephew Logan Whaley. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
