He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gerald Cox and Shirley Cox; his wife Angela; his sons, Baylor and Lee; his daughters-in-law, Phoebe and Lauren; his sister Christi Cox Eischeid; his brother-in-law Bill Eischeid; his niece Blair Eischeid Jones (Alex Jones); his nephew Andy Eischeid; his mother-in-law Donna Cuddeback; his sister-in-law Tara Cuddeback Prince (Phil Prince); and his nephews, Brady and Paden Prince.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Tessa Gregg, 2012 Thomas Trail, Edmond, OK 73003 in support of Tessa's Landing.
