He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Charlie and Adelena Maria Smith (Boenisch); and his sister Joan Ruth Daniels. He is survived by: his wife Betty Smith; his children, Shar (Jesse Tipton) of Shawnee, Dennis (Leen Smith) of Edmond and Curtis (Amy Smith) of Edmond; his brother Dallas (Jennifer Smith) of Mounds; and his grandchildren, Charitie (Mike Byrd), Seanna (Chad Clark), Robert Hobbs, Ashley (Josh Taylor), Marcus Smith, Laura Smith, Brandon Smith, Rachel Smith, Ellea Smith, E. J. Smith and Easton Smith. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren five great-great-grandchildren, many extended family members, and friends.
