With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anthony Tweedy of Edmond, Oklahoma, born in Ada, Oklahoma, who passed away on December 21, 2023 at the age of 72. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Anthony Tweedy to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton Tweedy and Joyce Fowler Tweedy; and his sister Vicki Jones. He is survived by: his wife Dawn Tweedy; his daughters, Tasha Herbig (Derek) of Keller, TX and Heather Tweedy of St. Charles, MO; his stepsons, Joshua Harris (Sarah) of Edmond and Zachery Harris (Kylee) of Yukon; his brother Greg Tweedy (Stefanie) of Ada; and his grandchildren, Brevon Herbig, Blakelynn Herbig, Brekyn Herbig, Parker Harris and Dawson Harris.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations of your choice to three organizations that Mr. Tweedy felt very passionate about: The American Cancer Society, the ASPCA and the Oklahoma State University Foundation.
