She was predeceased by: her husband Bill Her; and her son Robert. She is survived by: her daughter Marilyn; her grandchildren, Chris Martin, Jenifer Martin (Matt Lyell), Samuel Balaban (Amanda), Ashley Martin and Robby Martin; and her great grandchildren, Asher Lyell and Elese Balaban.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Hounds of the Heartland for Greyhound Adoption.
