He is survived by: his wife Donna Harrell; his brother Ronnie (Cheryl Harrell); his daughter Madeline Chapman; his stepchildren, Angela (Kurt Kingham), Shelly (Darin Webley) and Robert Brown; and his grandchildren, Madison Chapman, Morgan Chapman, Cody Hale, Kaitlin Hicks, Chris, Sarah Webley, Anthony, Jo Beth Brown, Dalton and Destiny Brown. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
