She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Snyder and Inez Snyder (Deason); her significant other Sam Grissom; her daughter Hollie Grissom; her parents-in-law, Roy and Lehella Grissom; and her brothers-in-law, Roy Grissom (Bettye) and Les Grissom.
She is survived by: her sons, Vic Grissom (Jayne) of Greers Ferry, AR and Keith Grissom (Janet) of Seminole; her grandchildren, Miranda (Darin Winchester), Tyler (Katie Grissom), Stefanie Cooper, Amber (Keith McFerran), Jared (Candace Grissom) and Clint (Carmen Grissom); and her siblings, Charlene Snyder of Poulsbo, WA, Larry Snyder (Mary Margaret) of Prague, OK and Jerry Snyder (Pat) of Rogers, AR. She is also survived by her 8 great-grandsons and her 1 very special great-granddaughter.
Viewing was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and on Sunday, April 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Parks Brothers Funeral Service - Prague (1405 W Main St, Prague, OK 74864). Visitation was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Fairview Baptist Church (48502 OK-3E, Earlsboro, OK 74840). A burial was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at the Resthaven Memorial Park (16006 S Rock Creek Rd, Shawnee, OK 74801).
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made in honor of Joi to the Grissom Family Agricultural Scholarship Fund which has been established at Vision Bank.
