He was predeceased by: his wife Ada McDaniel; his grandson Ronnie Williams; and his siblings, Herb, Frank, Bill, Bob, Ernest, Tim Trent, Irene Powers, Netha Brock and Drusilla Rose.
He is survived by: his children, Carolyn Straub of Elizabethtown, KY, Anna Stone (Mark), West, Julie Gunn (Daryl) of Columbus, IN, John D. Trent of Wonderlake, IL and Greg Trent (Terri) of Tuttle, OK.. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 35 great-grandchildren.
