He is survived by: his son Jonathan Van Fleet; his grandson Cody Van Fleet; his cousins, Keith Brewer and Steve Brewer; his stepbrother Terry Brewer; and his sisters, Ruthie Turner and Charlene Moore. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
