She was predeceased by: her brother Bernie Battiest, Jr.; and her grandparents, Elmer and Nora McKinney. She is survived by: her parents, Margarito Maturino of Dallas, TX and Theresa McKinney Maturino of Eagletown, OK; her husband Rafael Alegria; her children, Rafael Uribe and Tracker Uribe; her brother Robert "Cricket" Battiest of Eagletown, OK; her aunt Sybil Trevino of Eagletown, OK; and her cousin Karen Wilson of Broken Bow, OK. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
